To cancel or change your reservation, please send an email to info@amsterdamboatexperience.com. We will try to process your request within 24 hours.

To change the number of persons, please send an e-mail to info@amsterdamboatexperience.com. Please include the invoice number and the correct number of persons. Please note: do this no later than 48 hours in advance.

The pick-up point is near Central Station, Oosterdokskade 8, next to the restaurant Sea Palace.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the departure location.
