To cancel or change your reservation, please send an email to info@amsterdamboatexperience.com. We will try to process your request within 24 hours.

To change the number of persons, please send an e-mail to info@amsterdamboatexperience.com. Please include the invoice number and the correct number of persons. Please note: do this no later than 48 hours in advance.

The pick-up point is near Central Station, Oosterdokskade 8, next to the restaurant Sea Palace. Unless discussed otherwise.

It is possible to change the departure location upon request, but unfortunately this option is not available on Saturdays.
