Welcome aboard De Tijd zal het Leeren

Our 50-person De Tijd zal het Leeren is ideal for cruises through the canals of Amsterdam and surrounding areas. This traditional “Bolpraam” was originally a sailing cargo vessel used to transport agricultural goods in the north of the Netherlands. After serving as a houseboat, De Tijd zal het Leeren returned to service in 2000—this time as a passenger vessel in Amsterdam.

The sails and mast have been replaced by an electric propulsion system powered by batteries. The canopy covering the entire boat can be fully or partially removed, making it comfortable to cruise in any season.

De Tijd zal het Leeren features a bar and plenty of open space for social gatherings. It is ideal for corporate events where a “mix & mingle” atmosphere is desired.
